Release 1.24.0 has no trust evidence and fails with pnpm/aube trust policy, see https://pnpm.io/settings#trustpolicy and https://aube.en.dev/settings/#setting-trustpolicy

Can you kindly analyze the 1.24.0 release workflow logs and fix the CI release workflow to not release without provenance attestation?
