Overview of issue and PR states

As for #100 I'm still not convinced it can be entirely automatic, I'd still like to go and look what's the state of things, reading titles and last parts of convos?

Maybe a good thing would be to have the stats as a reminder of these aspects (= repo activity and project planning) with a direct link to both issues and PRs tabs in order to facilitate exploration from the report?

Yeah, that's exactly what I was envisioning. I think (or at least hope) that having explicit albeit superficial summaries in the report is a great way to help reviewers focus on that. Links take them to exactly the kinds of places we think are useful for further subjective consideration.
