[BUG]: not possible to share Notebooks from disabled users

Observed behavior

I experienced few issues:

1. the PI is not able to share 1to1 Notebooks from group members when AUTOSHARE is OFF
2. the sharing option doesn't work from disabled users (SysAdmin 'Operate Aa' disabled user gives the errors attached when trying to share a Notebook)

Steps to Reproduce

1. As a PI with AUTOSHARE disabled inside the group, there is no option to share a Notebook between lab members. In my case 1 researcher left and the PI had to share the Notebook with the new team member

2. The SysAdmin cannot share the Notebook between team members inside the PI group . As SysAdmin I had to re-enable the user -> Operate as him/her -> share the Notebook -> disable the user again.

Expected Behavior

The PI should be able to share Notebooks/Folders/Documents among his./her team members indipendently
