Rails 7.1 introduced the Rails error reporter: https://guides.rubyonrails.org/error_reporting.html
When using the Rails error reporter rescued errors are quietly handled. Unless I'm overlooking something I don't see support as of it yet.

Would like to be able to test if these errors are reported.

Rails minitest has support here: https://edgeapi.rubyonrails.org/classes/ActiveSupport/Testing/ErrorReporterAssertions.html#method-i-assert_error_reported

Test side effects like no errors being raised and testing third party error reporters directly.
