Error in dyn.load(file, DLLpath = DLLpath, ...)

I'm trying to install this package on an HPC system in gnu/R 3.5.0 and I get an error that it can't load a shared object in my local R library.

libimf.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
ERROR: lazy loading failed for package 'manipulateWidget'
