npm run is broken

I use rtk with claude.

rtk init adds

to my Claude.md

The issue is that the command rtk npm does not support the run word

rtk npm lists the scripts available (~ npm run)
rtk npm run returns an error of a non existent run script.

I tried to fix change the CLAUDE.md, but does not seem to pick it up.

This was fixed in v0.29.0 — rtk npm run build now correctly passes through to npm run build.

The fix was part of commit fix: npm routing, discover cat redirect, proxy quoted args (#480). Please update to v0.29.0 and verify.
