HTML generation error #131

Hello there, I'm working on a workflow tool called zppy that automating running ilamb in an analysis workflow. Recently, users have reported an issue that HTML generation error occur when using ilamb.cfg. I poked around and find out an workaround, that is to comment out GEOCARBON from ilamb.cfg, to avoid this error. I'm wondering if there is already a fix or can be a more proper fix in this case.
