Add a separate rake task that imports the News posts via their RSS feed.

I have some hackish code running locally that scrapes the news archive pages (/en/news/2011/01/), scraping the Posted by text for the author name (for every language). The downside to this, is not all translations having yearly/monthly news archive pages. The RSS feeds have the complete list of news posts, but lack the author info. (cc @stomar)

I guess I could scan the RSS feed, and attempt to find the same news post on one of the news archive pages.
