Is it possible to add a github label to the PR where atlantis hold the lock

Hi simple feature requests.

When multiple PRs change TF files, one PR holds the lock, and the rest wait for the lock to be released or deleted.

But when the comments are turned off in the webhooks, it's hard to know which PR holds the lock, unless we go manually to look into the Atlantis UI

Is it possible to

• add a atlantis locked label that gets added to any PR that holds the lock
• and removes it when its manually unlocked / deleted after the PR is closed?
