Accessible Apps

We have an ongoing issue that none of the CFP apps we use are properly accessible.

This has lead to actual issues with blind people trying to submit to our conferences.

I'd like to investigate if there's better alternatives to recommend or if we can make one of the existing ones accessible. For the last part, I recommend trying to secure funding.
