How to find `mode` of a 1d-array?

Hi, how to find mode of 1D-array, I am unable to find any documentation regarding that, can you please help with that

I don't think the mode function exists in this crate. You might have to code it yourself. If you do, feel free to contribute it. Other persons might need it too.
