Link of "discourse username" in Rustacean detail page should be updated #35

Take my detail page for example:
https://www.rustaceans.org/limuyuan

Current the link of "discourse username" will redirect me to http://discuss.rust-lang.org/users/limuyuan , but this website is unable to access.

Maybe it should be replaced to other available pages.

Maybe, like the Rust community page, it could link to Users or Internals forums.
