Sunpyter does not recognise job launch failure #4
Description
If the Jupyter notebook server fails to start for whatever reason, this is not noticed by Sunpyter, which is stuck in a "Waiting for jupyter notebook to start on server". Ideally this should poll sacct or squeue to see if the job has completed and error out in this case.
