Scrolling with trackpad on macOS 12 causes the entire VM to freeze

Guest version: macOS 13.0.1 (22A400)

Title basically says it all; attempting to perform a two-finger scroll with the trackpad causes the entire VM to hang, requiring it to be stopped and restarted.

I think this is a Virtualization bug; I'm going to have to investigate it more.
