Add support for author box

On my personal site I added an Author Box by hooking in and using some custom code.

We should be able to move the Genesis Author Box and apply the Bootstrap Styling to that generated code instead. This would be a good improvement for the future.

For clarification, on my personal site I have Enable Author Box on this User's Posts? unchecked and I'm adding my own Author Box (not using the Genesis one).
