Custom cursors are reverting to default when switching the running program's to dark mode. I noticed this happens when I change EssentialPIm's theme to dark mode and after about a few minutes my custom cursors are getting reset to default white ones. Not the ones inside the Cursors directory, but to those embedded inside user32.dll. After that I can't change it back to my cursors using the "Mouse Properties" or Settings > Mouse. Only the reboot or logging off helps to restore the cursors. Not sure if that's the Win10 bug or caused by sandboxie.
