Design "no forms" message #170

There will be cases where a user may not have any to-do/pending/completed forms. So, we need a visual message to indicate that there are no forms (kinda like the one I've attached). This message may appear:

  • On the dashboard, under "You have ___ forms waiting for you"
  • On the dashboard, under the Pending section
  • On each of the form category pages (to-do, pending, completed)
