Acceptance Criteria

  • The PDF state is saved when a form template is created
  • The PDF state is pulled from the database when a template is selected from a form instance. The PDF showing the form template should populate accordingly with the PDF state
  • The PDF state is saved when a form instance is created
  • The PDF state is pulled from the database when an employee views or signs a form instance. The PDF showing the form instance should populate accordingly with the PDF state.
