Acceptance Criteria

  • FormTemplate and FormInstance models contain a "description" field
  • FormTemplate and FormInstance DTOs and entities support the new admin field
  • FormTemplate and FormInstance services and routes work as expected and support the new admin field
  • Frontend client is generated with updates to models and services
  • Existing create form template flow and create form instance modal work as expected (form instance should inherit the description from form template for now)
