What's unique identifier for LoRa?

does this library only send and receive data? If so, is it possible to recognize a unique identity of lora? e.g. MAC Address.

Yes, the purpose of this library is to provide the bottom layer, LoRa PHY. It "only" sends and receives. Anything else has to be implemented.
