We (SGP) are modifying the NanoSeq sequencing protocol, which currently has library types: "Duplex-Seq" and "Targeted NanoSeq Pulldown". These library types trigger a specific processing in NPG pipelines.
The new protocol (Universal Duplex Sequencing) has different barcode lengths, hence a modification of the NPG processing is required.
To allow this to happen we would like to create two new library types:
UD-Seq
UD-Seq Pulldown Twist
This relates to FS66359 with a discussion over naming
Main SGP contact for this: Federico (fa8)
NPG contact Steven (srl)
There is a related Limber ticket
Although not immediately required this will likely be needed in 2-3 weeks time. It would be useful for NPG and R&D if the libraries were in place so they could test the end to end analysis.
