SMR pak parser iostore support

utoc requires the global.utoc and global.ucas
CUE4Parse doesn't load script imports except from global, not sure where those are stored when paking a DLC

Idk either, I think this was a copy paste of what Arch said about it in the discord. I think utoc is one of the new package formats, as mentioned here: https://docs.ficsit.app/satisfactory-modding/latest/Development/ExtractGameFiles.html#_loading_archives
