run beta 15
create case, choose DD-format for position

issue:
latitude and longitude offer variety of numbers. point/full stop doesn't correspond to existing formats: e.g. XXXX,XXXXXX

expected:
latitude and longitude fields should only offer fix correct format, corresponding to exisiting DD-format (=XX.XXXXX)

OS: ubuntu 16.04
