This software is licensed for **personal, non-commercial use only** under the terms below. Commercial use requires a separate license agreement.

### Personal Use (No License Required)

You may use, modify, and deploy StdOut for:
- Personal homelab and self-hosting projects
- Individual learning and experimentation
- Non-profit community projects
- Educational purposes

### Commercial Use (License Required)

**Commercial use** includes, but is not limited to:
- Using StdOut in a business environment to manage commercial services
- Deploying StdOut to monitor revenue-generating infrastructure
- Providing StdOut as a service to customers
- Embedding StdOut in a commercial product
- Using StdOut in an organization with >10 employees

### Restrictions

1. **No Redistribution** - You may not redistribute, sell, or sublicense this software in modified or unmodified form without explicit written permission from Seaynic Labs LLC.

3. **No Warranty** - This software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the authors be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability.

### Disclaimer of Liability

**USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.** Seaynic Labs LLC and Charlie Seay are not responsible for:

- Any damage to your systems, infrastructure, or data
- Security vulnerabilities in your environment
- Service outages or downtime
- Data loss or corruption
- Actions you take based on StdOut's suggestions or AI-generated recommendations
- Misconfigurations or incorrect deployments
- Any other direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

StdOut is a tool. You are solely responsible for:
- How you configure and deploy it
- What systems you connect it to
- Actions you take based on its output
- Security and access control in your environment
- Backup and disaster recovery procedures
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

By using this software, you acknowledge that infrastructure management is inherently risky and that automated tools can make mistakes. You agree to independently verify all recommendations before acting on them.
