Update documentation to show support for phone-as-a-camera

We need to consider the best way to reflect we support both Raspberry Pi and Android phones as cameras. How can we clearly do this in a way that isn't confusing like IP cameras were?

What I can come up with off the top of my head:

• Update BYO page
• Update README
• Update user guide that's WIP?
• Update image in organization README?
• ENCRYPTION.md
