Minimize image to necessary dependencies

Current list of top dependencies:

TODO:

• First priority: Try to replace onnxruntime with Burt, Ort or Tract [re-do benchmarks to see if they've improved] to get rid of python + onnx taking up 300MB of the OS
• Try to replace nmcli / networkmanager-daemon with a more minimal implementation
• Consider replacement of systemd with something more lightweight. Possibly OpenRC?
