Link in commit creates unwanted `closes` message in release notes

Running on a self-hosted GitLab instance, given the following commit:

git commit -m "fix(cache): lock retry" -m "see https://github.com/mike-marcacci/node-redlock/issues/168#issuecomment-2369328838"

I was able to workaround this by setting issuePrefixes to null in my release.config.js

    [
      "@semantic-release/release-notes-generator",
      {
        preset: "conventionalcommits",
        parserOpts: {
          issuePrefixes: null
        },
        presetConfig: {
          types: ...
        }
      }
    ],

I unsuccessfully tried to reproduce the problem using the conventional-commits-parser cli tool

references is an empty array as expected. Not sure what's going on here. 🤷

This was fixed here conventional-changelog/conventional-changelog#1288

Forcing conventional-commits-parser to v6.1.0 fixes the issue.
