Add Honor/Huawei specific blocklsits

Thank you for your invaluable work on the Rethink DNS service.

May I add to the blocklist for the Chinese firm(s) Honor and Huawei? They are essentially the same firm with the exact same processes and system apps except with slightly different names. I own a Honor device and it has a lot of bloatware that keeps sending unnecessary packages to their data center.

For Honor, the blocklists are:

   grs.hihonorcloud.com
   trs-dra.push.hihonorcloud.com
   metrics-dra.dt.hihonorcloud.com

For Huawei, while I do not have a blocklist myself, I found some published online that would be very useful too (note the similarity between the hicloud and hihonorcloud domains
