Add Nobodysus Spyware Lists

I've just begun revisiting the serverless-dns codebase...

I'll try to see which lists could be included, as the size of the current blocklists (at 17+ million domain names) is already at 100mb (and there's only 128mb RAM available on Cloudflare Workers & Fastly Compute).

@ignoramous everything we suggest here should also be part of https://github.com/celzero/rethink-app/ even if the lists are not suitable for Cloudflare Workers.
