Remove "forked from vvuk/dwrote-rs"

This is now the main repo for dwrote but the "forked from vvuk/dwrote-rs" wording gives the impression that it isn't. Can this repo be edited so it no longer appears as a fork?

I believe you have to email Github Support if you want to do it in a way that preserves issue history in the same spot. Otherwise, the repo can be moved and we can recreate this.

I think it would be best to contact GitHub support about it. Recreating the repo sounds like a pain for something that's fairly minor.
