Add innerText and textContent as localname (#608)

Required for https://w3c.github.io/trusted-types/dist/spec/#dom-htmlscriptelement-textcontent
and https://w3c.github.io/trusted-types/dist/spec/#dom-htmlscriptelement-innertext
