Show the in hand cash separately
- On the first initialization of the app, we should ask the user for in-hand cash
- Also, add an ability to update in-hand cash any time.
Ability to add offline transactions
- A simple form that debits the amount from in-hand cash
- Report if payment is made online, but could not auto-detect by SMS feature
