PHP 8.0 Support

A number of functions used in 3.09 were deprecated in 7.x and removed in 8.0, any plans to update?

Currently run into errors for the following

get_magic_quotes_runtime()
get_magic_quotes_gpc()
each()

[PhasecoreX]

It's been 2.5 years, so don't know if you still need this, but I ended up updating this to work with PHP8 here: https://github.com/PhasecoreX/utstatsdb
