In `Signal channel`, the title is not well vocalized with Voice Over

Bug description

As a Voice Over user,
When I focus the "Signal (badge)" title of the Signal thread,
Voice Over vocalizes "Signal attachment.png fichier" instead of "Signal"

Steps to reproduce

• Run the app
• Go to Signal tchat
• Run Voice Over

Actual result: Voice Over vocalizes "attachment.png" because the String embeds symbols / images inside (cannot be found with Accessibility Inspector

Expected result: Voice Over must vocalize the text with parasites, i.e. "Signal"
