plugin menu throws '500' error #157

Hi,
The plugins > install and manage plugins menu item opens a new datasette window with 'Error 500 - 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'day' '

I thought maybe this was an issue on this old mac, but it occurs on other machines I own as well.
