Consider semester halves when measuring total hours #147
Description
Whenever the amount of hours the student is spending in the first half of the semester differs from the number of hours in the second half, Hydrant should display both numbers separately, instead of trying to add them to a total amount of hours.
For instance: If I am taking 48 hours in full-term classes and take 10 more hours but only during the first half of the semester, Hydrant should say I am taking 58 hours in the first half and 48 in the second half instead of just 58.
Similarly, if I am taking 10 hours in the first half and 10 hours in the second half, it shouldn't say I am taking 20 hours total.
