Description
not directly for MIT but it would be nice to make a website for Matrix feature requests -- a much more informal way of making feature requests without knowing how Matrix works or doing to specific clients, so it can be seen what users really want
users should be able to clarify, upvote, maybe an official +1 feature to say why they want it to separate to the discussion.
this wouldn't necessarily be just about matrix and could be a general feature request thing or even civic engagement thing and since it hasn't been started yet could be a web.lab project
