Allow user provide rules to url check to ignore parameter when doing the url check

Background:

From this sissbruecker/linkding-extension#92 I started check for a extension to remove the annoying parameter mainly on store pages and found this one:

Works pretty well but they w/o transparency add mcid on amazon pages to get some money...
