Google Search Console Deceptive Pages Warning

Dear all,
I am hosting my linkding container on oracle cloud, protected by cloudflare and today tried to access it with iOS.
I found out that I get the following warning through google search console:

These pages attempt to trick users into doing something dangerous, such as installing unwanted software or revealing personal information. Learn more

Has someone ever had that? Is this a known misconfiguration of Linkding? I pretty much thought it is clear to Google, that an open-source bookmark manager cannot be used for phishing?
The domain was registered for the last 3-4 years in my ownership with empty DNS records and was just recently setup the first time.
