同时需要测试 #13267

考虑方法：只有全选文本时才去掉末尾的换行，其余情况不去除

Ctrl+A 选中 → 选区去除末尾的换行
三击鼠标左键选中 → 也去除末尾的换行，跟段落块内三击选中文本一致 → 浏览器控制的，不好搞，算了

去掉这个替换，然后在代码块中按 Ctrl+A 时选区去掉最后的换行符
