没有选中块，光标在列表内：

列表块只有一个列表项块，并且这个列表项块只有一个无内容的子块
- 按下与这个列表块类型相同的快捷键 → 取消这个列表
- 按下与这个列表块类型不同的快捷键 → 转换列表类型
其余情况（列表块有多个列表项块/列表项块的子块有内容/文档聚焦了列表项块…）
- 列表项块只有一个子块
  - 按下列表快捷键 → 在这个列表项块的下方再插入一个列表项块
- 列表项块有多个子块
  - 按下列表快捷键 → 在光标所在子块的下方插入一个新的列表块

选中一个列表块：

按下与这个列表块类型相同的快捷键 → 取消这个列表
