Node 20 deprecation notice

This is a similar issue to #806, as github has deprecated Node 20, see this blog post. Currently users are getting warnings about this, is it possible to just do a simple bump to node 24 in

slsa-verifier/actions/installer/action.yml

using: 'node20'

? I can test this in a fork if that would be at all helpful.

I've created a PR (#895) to address this; would it be possible to get a release prior to the Node 20 cutoff?
