my pip install web3 was a success and this is my code below

INFO: Could not find files for the given pattern(s) is not an error, just a information the console is giving you related to the command translation between powershell and cmd, so you don't have anything to worry about this.

Regarding to not getting the correct nonce is because getTransactionCount is deprecated, you can refer this to use the latest function instead:
