Lesson 4: compiler(?) errors after setting up ganache-cli, yarn etc etc

So I had to troubleshoot a bit to set up ganache-cli and yarn and after I finished and successfully installed them (-- version on them all work) I now can't compile (i assume that's the issue?). I've tried switching between Python versions (and installing all other packages on them) I couldn't fix the issue.
