Refactoring GUI in MAUI instead of WPF for macOS support?

What would you like to see done in MetaMorpheus?

Have you thought about using MAUI to make a GUI for macOS? https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/maui/what-is-maui?view=net-maui-9.0

I think this came around with NET5.0, so it wasn't around when switching over to WPF a while back. It looks pretty compatible with WPF semantically, so one could probably reuse most of the form code.
