OTF2 importer: Hierarchy config file

Better hierarchy management:
Use a config file that contains patterns
Ex:
%Grid'5000
E@A.B.C-D (it's an example, I don't remember the exact pattern)
%Hierarchy2
A.B.C-D.E
etc.

With a combo, show the pattern names detected in the file, and use them to generate the hierarchy
