Hebrew translation wrong state names

Hi. There is a bug in your Hebrew translations for listed states for Israel regions. It uses Arabic names instead of Hebrew. Could you please update them with the following values:

Al Awsaṭ → HaMerkaz
Al Janūbī → HaDarom
Al Quds → Jerusalem
Ash Shamālī → HaTzafon
Tall Abīb → Tel Aviv
Ḩayfā → Haifa

This is sensitive topic, taken into account simplicity of the fix, take it as priority.
