Native/Legacy Addons don't show up?

I'm not sure what the cause for this is exactly, I'm running Linux, CachyOS, and Game via Native (no compat), and I can't load my addons locally? Only Workshop ones?

Are you sure you don't have -noaddons in your Launch Options?

Nope, I download the gmodpath tool, ran it, added the launch options given by it, it loaded better I won't deny, but had 2 issues not sure if relate, legacy addons such as the ones local don't show, and also performacne dropped quite a bit (unsure if it was motion blur or what)
