Simple Search throws error

Describe the bug
When searching anything in simple search it throws several errors

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any DB
2. Type something into Simple Search
3. See error

Expected behavior
It should not throw any errors

Migrations did not complete on the database, so that may be the issue. That doesn't quite explain why the error doesn't occur on older versions, though.
