Create Interactions dialog duplicates the no records found

Describe the bug
In the create interactions dialog, if you type in a catalog number that does not have any preparations and press update the results appear twice in main/7.12.1 but only once in 7.12 and prior.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to interactions
2. Select any interaction that opens up the dialog (i.e. loan, gift, disposal, etc.)
3. Enter a record that has no preparations
4. See error

Expected behavior
It should only appear once
